General Achievements:
- Excellent, long-standing rapport with the Fort Worth District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
- Secured 200+ U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permits, including Nationwide Permits, Individual Permits, Regional General Permits, and Letters of Permission.
- Identified countless Nationwide Permit authorizations (“qualifications”) that did not require submittal of a permit application package to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
- Worked to help design countless projects so that jurisdictional features were avoided and/or non-regulated activities were incorporated, resulting in no requirement for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 authorization / compensatory mitigation.
- Assisted Countless Private Developers and 20+ municipalities in obtaining U.S. Army Corps of Engineers authorization.
- Routinely work with other agencies whose support is sometimes integral to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approval. These other agencies include the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, and the Texas Historical Commission.
